Things I have built for myself

Alongside client work I build and run my own products. They are where I try out ideas, tooling and ways of working before I bring them to yours, and they keep me honest about what it takes to get from a blank page to a live service.

    calculator.financial

Sixty-plus financial, tax and wellness calculators for UK and US users, built as an installable web app.

Mortgages, savings, retirement, income tax, debt, crypto and everyday maths, with region-specific tools for stamp duty, take-home pay, ISAs, Social Security and Roth IRAs. Every result shows its working and breakdown rather than a headline number, and a library of guides gives the numbers context.

    Funded Payments

A programmable marketplace that lets public and private funding reach people and be spent only on its intended purpose.

Government bodies, employers and other funders award ring-fenced money to citizens, who spend it with vetted providers on childcare, sport, training or healthcare. E-money tokens, programmable escrow and a privacy-preserving audit layer give funders real-time visibility without exposing individuals. The site is an investor and partner briefing aimed at UK government bodies and seed investors.

    CivicSpace

A single, accessible channel between residents and their local council.

Residents report problems, track resolutions, follow planning applications, attend public events and receive alerts about their neighbourhood. Councils get a structured, transparent way to receive feedback, prioritise action and demonstrate responsiveness. Less a reporting tool than infrastructure for a healthier relationship between citizens and the institutions that serve them.

    Booking Service

Professional, branded booking pages for salons and service businesses, set up in minutes.

A streamlined platform for creating booking pages that look good and work well. Businesses manage appointments, clients book and manage their own visits, and the whole experience carries the business's brand rather than mine.
